The World Wide Web is known as a treasure trove of information on just about anything and everything. Possibly you would be considering how to how to supercharge your drum solos. Many other people have a similar interest. This article is intended to assist you further whatever interest you may have in how to simply create, structure, and fly around your kit inside your drum solos. To explore how to you could make your own unique drum solos that may set you independent of the common competition just read on here.

The 1st step you will have to take is Never make the mistake of improvising on the spot. This will be crucial because you want to have your solo locked in subconsciously in order to “Fire At Will” when anyone yells “GO!”. You will want to avoid an unstructured, lazy mental attitude that says “I’m good, I got it.” but when the time comes you are all THUMBS and BUTTERFLIES.

You will need to do this initial step promptly, correctly and completely. Should you not complete it correctly, then you will never have a foundation to fall back on.

The next step will be to establish your groove. Once you have a groove written down. Play with and tweak it so you are happy with this groove. You should stay away from overplaying of too much, losing your audience and wandering around through your solo.

The most important step will be to introduce your melodic elements that will serve as hooks to your audience. This is the most important because you need to play the theme, repeat it, and change it somewhat every time your soloing around your kit to GRAB your audience. Don’t confuse your listeners by altering back and forth through 2 or 3 hooks. Remember you want your audience to be one with your groove, rhythm. Let your audience feel and connect with you and your solo.

Follow the steps just as outlined above and everything should go well. You will have handled creating your drum solo easily and rapidly and now you are on to other monster drum solo pursuits. Then pat yourself on the back! And relish the benefits and rewards of having your first presented, structured, detailed drum solo that you earned by your personal efforts!

I have never met anyone who didn't wish that they could play music, be it with aspirations of playing in a big rock-band, playing around a campfire to friends and family, or just strumming some chords or singing when your alone and relaxing. Learning to play can be the most rewarding experience of your life! Sometimes you need lessons to learn the guitar piano or keyboard. Sure it can be frustrating , but when you finally play those four of five bars correctly and you suddenly make that instrument speak, man that feels good and it feels even better when you get together with some good friends and your able to make some music and really play together, it is very rewarding!

I have never met anyone who didn’t wish that they could play music, be it with aspirations of playing in a big rock-band, playing around a campfire to friends and family, or just strumming some chords or singing when your alone and relaxing. Learning to play can be the most rewarding experience of your life! Sometimes you need lessons to learn the guitar piano or keyboard. Sure it can be frustrating , but when you finally play those four of five bars correctly and you suddenly make that instrument speak, man that feels good and it feels even better when you get together with some good friends and your able to make some music and really play together, it is very rewarding!

learning to play the tone flute had a profound effect on my life. I never forgot how to play Twinkle Twinkle Little Star or how a cheap black plastic flute could be so much fun. I spent hours blowing on the Tone flute and had a great time playing with it.

Since I was a child I haven’t gone a day without music. Since 1985! Thats when Mr. Wagner taught me how to play the tone flute. I don’t remember much about him except he wore too much polyester and he was able to teach a five year old kid how to read music. EVERY GOOD BOY DOES FINE I never forgot. Many thanks to Mr. Wagner

The point is that since I learned about music I have loved it. It has been a big part of my life. If a child isn’t able to learn about music they will not be well educated. It takes music to make a good education great.

With budget cuts and financial shortages in the news there is also the threat of losing music education. Music is important at all levels of education. If you haven’t’ gotten the opportunity to learn it is not too late. You can still get keyboard piano or guitar lessons for yourself. You just have to take the time to learn.
